Direct Service Professional (DSP)

Assisting with ADL's;

provides personal care (assisting consumer with bathing, toileting and oral care).

Ensuring safety and happiness for our consumers.

Modeling appropriate behavior at all times.

Administering medication. (if necessary)

Transporting consumers to medical appointments.

Provide positive social and leisure interaction daily.

Responsibilities
-
High School Diploma or equivalent.
-
1 year experience in related field
-
Level 2 background check (Federal)
-
Local background check (State)
-
Must pass physical and drug test (CFCG is a alcohol and drug free company)

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Position will demand frequent bending, standing, walking,sitting, reaching, lifting or carrying.

Must be 18 years of age or older

Have valid Florida driver’s license, with an acceptable driving record

Bilingual a plus but not required (Spanish speaker)
